So someone said earlier that they may be national guard, under the command of the 10th Mountain (I hope I understood correctly). That STILL means that the 10th mountain is in DC, correct? Not only does that confirm RED4, but it also means that active duty troops are deployed in the US, which is only possible if the Insurrection Act has been invoked.

If it's on their right shoulder, it's a combat patch, not their current unit patch.

They could be 10th MTN, but this isn't proof.
