Nurse in Broward County, FL: There will be a planned COVID crisis next week

If I had to guess, its because they know its about 3 weeks now since Christmas, and a lot of people are going to start getting sick this week who ignored the warnings not to travel. As a result there could be a sudden huge influx of sick people all at once. No conspiracies needed to explain this. People are simply STUPID and don't take precautions because they don't think its going to happen to THEM. I live in south Florida and there are a lot of people here not wearing masks, not socially distancing, gathering in crowds at bars and restaurants. They know this thing is spreading and probably exponentially and at some point its going to overwhelm the medical systems. I think THAT is what she is talking about.

Theres a forum called Covid Vaccinated on reddit, so many of them already have chills, headache, fever, fatigue

Covid 19 is in every town, city and state in the US.

So whether you travel or not, you are still being exposed. Going to the supermarket has just as much impact as flying to a different state for the holidays, because the disease is everywhere.

Blaming travel at this point is completely ridiculous.
