Nashville & 1913 Chinese bonds
Just throwing this out there and seeing if it sticks, BUT apparently some Nashville firm owns a LOT of these 1913 Chinese bonds that they want payment on.

They were worth $89 billion in 2002. I remember hearing something recently about this, but wish I could find the story, but here's an older one.

China seems very cozy with Nashville:

Not sure if I'm reading this right, but each sheet of bonds (not sure how many that is) could be worth over six million.

These bonds were sold to fund the People's Republic of China when they started out.
