The hagia ie holy place in Matthew 24 does allude to the Holy of Holies ie the place in the Israelite Temple where the Holy Presence of the Elohim dwelt.

When Jesus died on the cross, the veil of that Holy of Holies was torn in two. The book of H0e0b0r0e0w0s explains that now Jesus is all things: veil, the sacrifice, and the high priest.

So the pre-Tribulation cult falsely believes the Temple must be rebuilt. But this is obviously incorrect as any renewed animal sacrifice would violate the above passage as Jesus through the Atonement became the one time perfect sacrifice for all time. YHWH stopped Abraham from sacrificing Issac, as Jesus became the new ha-Adam as well as ha-Masiach (Messiah).

There is no need to rebuild a Temple. Jesus himself calls his body that Temple

What hagia exists today? There is one and only one such place which is the Tomb were Jesus' body was placed and then he rose from the dead. That tomb is in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

In my opinion, that is the only place on the Earth that is holy and therefore the sole place where the Abomination of Desolation could occur. The Antichrist will ritually desecrate that holy place.

As further proof, when Resurrection Sunday is observed by the Orthodox Church, a supernatural fire is miraculously kindled once a year. Then the pilgrims then light candles from that "holy fire". Look that annual miracle.
