IS ANYONE HAVING TROUBLE WITH SPECTRUM CABLE TODAY?
Im in Ohio.

The cable itself keeps cutting in and out and the volume keeps cutting in and out.

Sometimes the whole picture goes and sometimes just the sound goes.

I have never had this happen before.

Seems weird with everything else that is happening.

I've had an Emergency Broadcast ticker for days and days at the top of the screen. It's been there since the 6th.

just do a tracert, traceroute to the website you are trying to reach
