At the same time a national corporate election was taking place, a constitutional election was also taking place behind the scenes. The first elections to these constitutional seats wouldn't need the entire country as the entire country are citizens of the corporation known as the USA located in D.C. so the citizens of the corporation wouldn't actually be eligible to vote in this first national election in 150 years.
It would only have required a small group to swear allegiance as citizens and then elect representatives from among themselves.

I thought that was odd, now through this prism it would make sense. They had to retake their oath to the new/old USA and make it public.

When America was (illegally) Incorporated by Congress and Woodrow Wilson during the Banking Act of 1871, they changed the title to "The Constitution OF The United States OF America," without the consent or apporoval of 'THE PEOPLE OF THESE UNITED STATES.'

That one word change from 'FOR' to 'OF,' now made the deal legally binding.

I have a feeling this could all greatly affect everyones assests/forfeitures/debts.

There were a few big pieces of legislation in 1871, one was called the Civil Rights Act of 1871(socialism), and a few others that get intentionally confused.


One of them contains the false 2nd Constitution that claims DC as authority over the USA. Not sure which, and oddly enough, not only are the actual laws difficult to find, so is the congressional record and minutes for that years.
