Well I did notice in one of the speeches that Pompeo gave this week he referred to the US as "these" United States instead of "the". I've always heard that "the" refers to the corporation, so you could be right OP.

So let's say he did fill the constitutional seats that have been vacated for 150 years. Is that what he was actually doing with the judicial appointments? Has he now legally occupied the constitutional seat of the president?

At the same time a national corporate election was taking place, a constitutional election was also taking place behind the scenes. The first elections to these constitutional seats wouldn't need the entire country as the entire country are citizens of the corporation known as the USA located in D.C. so the citizens of the corporation wouldn't actually be eligible to vote in this first national election in 150 years.
It would only have required a small group to swear allegiance as citizens and then elect representatives from among themselves.

I thought that was odd, now through this prism it would make sense. They had to retake their oath to the new/old USA and make it public.

Something else we need to look at... The Banks are dropping Trump like a stone because alot of it's lending criteria and contracts, have been based on the USA INC...
