Election fraud is a crime, ergo you cannot sue someone in court because they committed a crime.

WHen the Capitol was under attack up to a certain point Trump refused to deploy national guard as terrorists HE INCITED were threatening to kill the Vice President and most of congress, who were hold up in the basement and under seige.
. At about 5 o'clock, Pence, The President of the Senate contacted the Secretary of the Army and informed him their lives were in danger and Trump was refusing to deploy troops. At that point Trump was out of the chain of command, and the Secretary of the Army approved the deployment himself, without trumps orders.

. A few minutes later, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of staff , Pence, and Pelosi invoked an emergency provision to remove the president and Pence took over. Minutes later the mob was cleared. This emergency provision is not well know and does not involve the 25th amendment, it exists because in a nuclear age we dont have days ,weeks or months to depose a president who has gone dangerously off the rails, we only have seconds. It requires agreement between the Chairman of the joint chiefs, the President of the Senate , and the Speaker of the house. .



So how do I know this provision was indeed invoked? well, most of it was in the news if you were listening, all except for the part Trump was removed and sedated. The reason they haven't told us that yet should be rather obvious.
