"The shocking events of the last 4 years clearly demonstrate that Mark Zuckerberg intends to use his remaining time as CEO of facebook to undermine the peaceful and lawful use of the First Amendment. His decision to use his platform to censor and condemn the actions of his Chinese masters thru the auspices of his wife has rightly disturbed people in the US and around the world. We will never remove or revoke our right to free speech, regardless of the escalations of facebook, tweeter or any other co-conspirators who engage with the CCP or any other foreign adversary to undermine our Republic. We have deemed and judged that their effect -- and likely their intent – is to topple the legitimate Government of the United States of America thereby provoking a violent reaction not seen since the Summer of Love.
Following the fraudulent certification of the election results by Congress, the priority for the whole country must now be to ensure that the remaining 13 days and the days after the second inauguration of President Trump, pass peacefully and in accordance with established democratic norms by allowing all parties the opportunity to express their freedom of speech, unhindered without mitigation or insertion of constraints.
Over the last several years, we have allowed facebook and others to use us for their monetary and political gains consistent with their adverse rules which have unleveled the playing field, at times causing a grievous wound to the First Amendment while labeling themselves as truth arbiters, which indeed violate the very foundation of this Republic. The public has a right to the broadest possible access to political speech, even controversial speech. The current censorship of free speech on facebook is fundamentally different than what millions, throughout the course of history, have died for and to create a platform to hinder this progress is antithetical to a democratically elected government.

Therefore, we the people demand the revocation of FCC section 230 immediately and charges to be filed in an antitrust lawsuit which divests facebook and others as a means of bringing a peaceful completion to the hideous censorship of the right to free speech. Furthermore Mark Zuckerberg shall be brought to bear the full weight of the charges of treason against the government and people of the United States.”
