Mask Idiots....!!!!!!

I live in an older, downtown, neighborhood with sidewalks, church's, small commercial businesses, very near a university campus. Why do these idiots feel the need to wear masks when walking down the fricking sidewalk with no one around?????? I must just be getting too old for this shit!!!!!!!
