1.) Our tax dollars and the tax dollars of our ancestors paid for the construction and maintenance of the Capitol Building.

2.) Those who work inside the building are civil servants or aides of said civil servants. They are elected to their positions by the citizens of the United States of America or are employed by those who were. Each of them are paid, considerably, by the citizens of the United States of America.

Thus, wouldn't it stand to reason, that we - as citizens of the United States of America - have every single right to be inside of said Capitol Building, at any time, for any reason?
