This Entrepreneur life is hard for a noob to stay focus
I know what I have to do to get to where I need to be but for the last week I've been procrastinating. I've literally done nothing.

I woke up at 4am today and said Imma get a lot of things done however it's 8am and all I've been doing was logging on my friends facebook spying on childhood friends and family who I no longer speak too.

Yeah it's sad.

I use a quandant list. I make a paper and make a horizontal line and a vertical line, splitting the page into 4 equal sized pieces. Label them: must do today, maybe today, must do this week, don’t do. At the end of each day, take more from maybe today, or must do this week and put them in must do today (for tomorrow).

Be realistic about what you can do in a day. If you have 6 hours of meetings don't give yourself 8 hours of tasks that day.

If you fall behind 3 weeks in a row, it’s time to hire someone or delegate to existing employees.

I created a software company from the ground up and recently sold it for mid 8 digits. It was 10 years of excruciating labor.

It sounds like you’re approaching burn out. Be conscious of it and work to avoid- it can ruin your business. And your health.

Yeah it sucks. GLP drains my time... but I learn a lot here.

You just gotta knuckle down and do some 10 hour days, son.

The quadrant list sounds like a good idea.

Another tip: start with the hardest thing you’ve been dreading as your first task of the day. Once that’s done, smooth sailing for the rest of the day

Just a mind trick I use when I’ve been avoiding that 1 ugh task. For me it’s always bookkeeping. Yuck.

Not sad, it just means you're not an entrepreneur.
