For that tweet, Lin Wood should be sued for defamation.

Wood states on his Parlor account that the crime is complete and over the course of the next several days people will be arrested.

Here I am reading those words and still holding out a sliver of hope that they become reality. Crazy I know, but our democracy is at stake and we are on the verge of losing it. It is too important to ever give up on.

After yesterday's events I would say for the first time my belief that Trump would maintain the presidency has dropped below 50%. Hearing some of the disgusting comments from the senators last night told me the system is just too corrupted to change. I already knew this, but yesterday confirmed that we don't have any Thomas Jefferson's amongst us. Even Josh Hawley's words weren't spoken with great conviction. The senators all spoke in depth of their disgust of the protestors that breeched congress (that appeared staged) while conveniently ignoring election fraud and our Constitution...yet each of them lectured us on the merits of the law. Unbelievable.

I think we have come full circle on everything. I get the feeling we are at the end. Only time will tell if there will be a new beginning of justice or a heightened level of corruption. The only thing for me that I am certain of, I am tired.

Are you even capable of using the tiniest bit of logic here and maybe start to think that there is actually some truth to what he is saying. Do you honestly think a leading lawyer, never mind a top class defamation lawyer is going to make these sort of accusations without having the proof to back it up. Some of the accusations that have been made against these people over the last few months and not one of them has looked to sue, must tell you something. There is a reason why it is Lin Wood making these accusations and it is because of the type of law he specializes in.

I really do think some people are so afraid of what is about to come out. They just refuse to believe it could be true, as it completely destroys the illusion of the world we all live in.

It might be true. Release the info. Send it out. Every where. Other wise it's a big nothing burger. We always hear we have this and that on who ever. And nothing.... yeah nothing for 4 years. Not one arrest.

As a defamation attorney, Lin Wood knows he can make these claims and none of these people will sue him because there would have to be a discovery process. Those people do not want that discovery.
If you doubt Lin Wood, ask yourself why oh why no one is suing him over these statements?
