If you watch frame by frame, keep your eyes on the top left corner of the screen. If you watch, you will see someone that appears to be in a uniform. It appears the person raises his/ her hands to a firing position right before the girl is shot. It’s blurry, but I can definitely see what looks like someone preparing to fire a handgun.
It’s a little odd that several of the protestors turned and looked backwards after the shot and then one of the tactical officer stepped up and leaned over the people rendering aid, covering down through the window, towards the direction of the person I described above.
She may very well have been shot from behind, hard to tell at this point.

She fell backwards into the stairwell. Which meant, the shooter had a chance to identify her &/or she was using the backpack to prevent glass cutting her. Yet, running towards a stairwell or crouching in the long hallway. She would not have known the stairwell was a politician only sanctuary, but an exit. There would have been an exit sign above the stairwell.

coward? You mean a police piggy doing what police/military pigs do?

Spotted that also around the 4 sec mark. She was also half way through the window and moving forward when the shot was fired. If it was from behind at close quarters momentum would have carried her forward but she fell backwards. This indicates to me the shot came from her front. Also straight away one of the police raised his weapon and was looking/ aiming through the door in that direction.

Just my observation.
