OP, stay as safe as you can in that environment. I hope you get through this without getting sick. Two people I know have died from heart attacks while being treated for COVID just this past week. The virus is very real.

Its not a food shortage , we have plenty of product here , just not enough hands to process and load it all on time .

I just stopped eating bread about a week ago, and already sense a big improvement in my body. (and I was eating good quality authentic sourdough bread).

The flour is compromised with Monsanto chemicals - that is why it's bad.

Try stopping all bread and flour products - notice the difference.

(ps I switched to baked potatoes and sweet potatoes, to eat instead of bread) (bake many at once, and keep in refrigerator to reheat via frying with coconut oil as needed)

I purposely specified what they died from so that there wouldn't be any confusion. One was taken off a bipap and had a heart attack. The other had a heart attack during her sleep. I don't know if it is the meds they give COVID patients or if the timing was coincidental or whatever else is going on, but they were both being treated for COVID.

It's going to get worse.

I do make sure I'm breathing through my nose as much as possible lol and I wash my hands often . I mean there isn't much else I can do without quitting my job . Yea bread is terrible for you, especially in America where the FDA is bought off and let’s them drench the wheat in glyphosate right before harvest.

I work in one of the largest bread distributors in the southern United states, I load trailers for a bakery company , doesn't mean I work for them , we are a partner company , we prepare the bread to be loaded to each destination, we have 42 outbound docks , 4 inbound docks and 8 local docks . We also have 10 docks we use for unloading trailers ..

lately people have been dropping like flies due to Covid. We are down almost 30 workers on our side of the warehouse , not sure about bimbo bakery side . Its affecting our production intensely. They are making all healthy employees work 5 10 hour days or 6 8 hour days . I just wanted to let you know , that we might not have a bread line for this second wave . This virus has us in a vice grip . Im on lunch, I will report back when I can .

Teted positive yesterday top of my head is on fire. If I eat something it gets worse.
