Issues with this round of stimulus payouts

My sister is receiving her stimulus check by mail this time, whereas last time it was directly deposited.

My friend's stimulus got deposited into someone else's account this time, whereas last time it was deposited correctly.

It's said that this is happening because the stimulus was sent out so fast the last time that it's causing problems this time. Wouldn't one think it would be easier for them since they've already done this??

The link above may also help those of you who have not received the first stimulus yet. It may have gone into someone else's account or the check may have been mailed to someone else.
