Both neighborhoods are dumps. The hill district is a ghetto, and lawrenceville is a former ghetto that's been gentrified in the last decade or so, full of higher-income liberal millennials. Neither are places I'd ever go because I don't want to get shot and I hate millennials.

Odd, though. I'm definitely keeping an eye on this. Yes, in Allegheny, we had some real ballot fraud. I doubt it took place in either of those areas, though. Anything within city limits was pretty much guaranteed Biden to begin with. The rest of the county outside of the city was Trump-leaning if yard signs were any indication.
