Zinc (ideally chelated) is needed for overall health. Quercetin is highly effective Zinc Ionophore see [link to pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)] So you can take Quercetin instead of HCQ which the study video did not include Zinc as part of the control - HCQ is good too but you need a script for that. |
