Here is How Trump Wins
This article lays out how Trump wins this election without the need for courts.

This is really an interesting read.

It is seriously not only possible, but probable, depending on Pence.

I am going to use the karma you gave me to go ahead and self pin this.

Please support me where I can continue to do this.

Thank you for the bumps. A real war is going on. We need to do what we can legally do.

GLPers - The reason Trump would probably win is because the Republicans control the most states.

So if Pence does what he should do it is not only possible, but probable Trump wins.

Read the article.

Yes, I think this is how it has to go down. I think that if there are two slates of electors, both submitted, that there is no way to to decide them, there is no procedure for that, and that being the case, it is up to the VP as President of the Senate to make a ruling, and it should be to not count either one, because the 12th amendment provides the remedy: a vote on a contingent election.

Re: Here is How Trump Wins
What I don't see here is the second set of electors.

My understanding is that groups of republican legislators from those states have claimed that they have separate slates of electors.

but that is not what Pence Needs. Pence needs the State Legislators of each State to have come together in a session and to have voted on a second set of electors.

That has not happened anywhere.

For that reason, Pence is going to accept the certified electors sent to him by the State Legislatures. There are from a legal standpoint no other electors.

There is no precedent for Ted Cruz's move...to call 'Time out' lets' have a commission on the fraud.

REPUBLICAN VOTERS ARE, AS USUAL, GETTING PLAYED BY THE POWERS THAT BE.

The State Legislators have not acted, and thus there is not anything to be disputed on 01/06/20
