Medici Family Making a Banking Comeback
Watch out Rothchild Banking Family. There's a new (old) Banking Family back in town...

De’ Medici said in the announcement:

“The original Medici Bank of Florence, founded by my family in the 14th century, revolutionized the world’s economy. Many of their innovations that drove the development of international commerce — like holding companies, double-entry bookkeeping, and letters of credit — are still in use.”

“The Medici Bank of today will be a reawakening of that innovative spirit; we are re-imagining modern-day banking by leveraging technology that creates seamless, digital customer experiences and expands financial opportunity across global markets,” he added.

What is hacked so easily?

scratching

Strange to see one of these 'bloodline families' get back into something that they have been out of for many centuries. Why? Also, it's interesting to note they are based out of Puerto Rico which is a bit of a safe haven tax-wise for crypto currency exchange.

What about the waning power of the dollar, especially as a global reserve currency? You may be correct, however at least with crypto's you have an open and decentralized ledger for currency tracking purposes. You don't get that with private banks opening up their books for you to inspect. Plus it sounds like regulation will come down firmly on private wallet holders. So you may see less nefarious behavior in regards to illegal money movement in the future.
