It looks like it came from IN FRONT of the white car...i can't make out what is front of it- something dark

The cop could simply have been doing his job, establishing a perimeter and making sure nobody was in the kill zone.

They had warning from the loudspeaker playing, so the cops should have been doing their normal response to a bomb threat.

The car absolutely was not the source of the blast. The blast came from the truck which appears to be parked on the left side of that road.

I agree that it is probably a Deep State OP to destroy a server in the AT&T building with damning evidence, but that cop had nothing to do with it.

Explosion originated on the left where that guy is it traveled under ground and blew out of the man hole and decimated that car you can see the backdraft back into the manhole right as it ends if you zoom in. That was one of the craziest explosions I’ve seen it was like a giant vacuum above and underground

Pretty hard to mistake the explosion came from in front of the white car in the foreground and seemed to shoot diagonally across the screen it actually seemed to come from the building. I am confused as to how the rv in the upper left background is somehow “incinerated” and the root of the explosion.
