Commercial or Private Tenants should never be charged any rental during unpresidented OFFICIAL governmental shut down procedures, and the Fuckin' Government can't demand any Tax Compensation during this COVID debacle!

Power Companies and Utility Companies cannot demand compensation on any business or homes which were officially shut down and affected by OFFICIAL governmental affairs.

Landlords, Power Co., utility Companies and TAX Agencies,.. will have to wait their turn patiently!
