Corrupt Gov't, courts, lawyers, attorneys who do the bidding of the corrupt system.

He (President Trump) has to adjourn Congress first...per the Constitution, Congress is only required to meet 1 day per day, Jan 6th. Right after that, he can have McConnell disagree with Pelosi on Adjournment times and then step in and Adjourn both houses. A President has never adjourned Congress, but the ability is right there in the Constitution. It's my understanding that once the President adjourns the Congress, he has complete control of when they come back.

Then, SHUTDOWN, and you have an entire year until Jan 6, 2022 to do things.

Otherwise, as we went through in 2018/2019, Congress will over-ride any veto and spend money to keep things afloat and prevent Trump from resetting the Government.
