I agree. Kinda seems like we are getting the run around while they are just setting up DC to be the first full blown communist zone. And years later when DC just becomes normal in its current state, eventually it spreads throughout the u.s. Maybe the jammers, fences, military, surveillance will all be normal. And with the jammers nothing will come in or out of that place. Then more jammers will spread. And so on.
