We are talking about a relationship with God. Not religion. You talk to Jesus as a friend that saved you while you were running wild with no direction.
He gives you direction, peace while we are here in earth, and complete freedom once we leave earth. He gives us peace, love, and power to overcome evil. He loves you, talk to Him. Read His words, they are alive.
