I had a severe case in summer of 2019. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital with 1 week in ICU. By the time I sought the emergency room for help, my infection was so bad, i developed hypoxia. I began hallucinating and was severely confused. Now I have CHF, chronic heart failure from trying to ignore the pneumonia. I suppose the bacteria infected my heart. anyway, I'll never be normal now.
