And you have no liquor or tools besides a survival knife and fishing line/paracord and other line as your primary tools.

Crush asprin and make a paste with water. Place the paste on the tooth, trying not to let your spit rinse it off for a minute. After the pain stops you can remove the paste with tissue. Repeat as necessary. In between asprin applications, dab mouthwash on tooth and gums with a cotton swab to kill the germs. I've had a couple of bad molars and doing this saved my sanity until I got to the dentist.

Father in law just goes down in the basement with a pair of pliers. Two minutes. No dentist bill.

If you break off a tooth leaving root tips you'll be worse off.

I have over a half-dozen teeth broken at the gum line, some started going a decade ago. Had a few pulled but won't do it again without nitrous oxide.

Even a skilled dentist can take 20-30 minutes working one loose with the right tools.

One Oregano oil capsule stops most abscesses for me, but if a serious one starts, 3-4 times per day take Oregano oil, Olive leaf, Goldenseal & White Willow for pain.

For a topical rinse a drop of Tea Tree oil, Oregano & Propolis tinctures on 2-3 bad teeth, swish around mouth focusing on worst areas, can add a pinch of salt & capful of hydrogen peroxide, spit out when you have to.

For persistent pain add 20% Benzocaine ointment on bad tooth. If you have antibiotics add those in cases lasting more than a day or two.

Start oil pulling asap. Take a tbsp or 2 of clear sesame oil or a light olive oil or even coconut oil in your mouth & keep swishing it around in mouth for about 20mins. Then spit into the toilet & brush teeth afterwards. If you have some hydrogen peroxide, you can also let a tbsp of it sit on that tooth for 5mins to kill off bad bacteria.

This always works for me when I have tooth problems.

My teeth are perfect. This is just a hypothetical I’m just thinking of all the problems I may run into a survival situation.
