I’m sorry about that too...  That cheese burger looks so good, I bet it tasted even better... They were very good, and I'm certain were even better having not eaten since Friday breakfast. RSO stifles Lupus. If you want the full effect...it would be done as a suppository which many Norte Americano's are adverse to. Also if you are having inflammation issues. A concentrated turmeric tincture with piperine works a charm to quell the symptoms. I'm taking full spectrum turmeric capsules three to four times daily. I'll need to look into the tincture. Thank you for introducing me to the RSO and someone to source it. I'm only able to care for myself and walk because of the RSO, otherwise I'd be bedridden until surgery to repair hip and knee damage. Two each acetaminophen and Naproxen Sodium tablets along with the anti-inflammatory three times daily are insufficient to knock the pain back on their own. I wind up awake for days until I fall asleep or pass out from exhaustion and miss work then. I just saw an article that RSO helps lupus.  I was determined to bake a chocolate cake mix despite not having mixers. I just used a whisk. Hopefully it will be good.
