I just figured out how to do that. I probably should've made it longer.

I made chicken gravy with the broth from my whole chicken last week. It was nice, jiggly bone broth. Over top of real mashed taters with thew last bits of chicken picked from the bone.

I think peas would have been good, but I have a headache. Mr does, too which is weird for him.

Mr was thinking about making a chicken salad. I think he's just making himself a salad on the side.

I made air fried chicken tenderloins. I marinated them in buttermilk (milk + vinegar) last night. I even drizzled a little honey on mine. This is fast becoming my favorite way of chicken.

Baked potatoes with white cheddar & sour cream. I air fired them this time, too. I don't really notice a difference, but I didn't have to turn on the oven.

I had a small can of corn & he has a can of asparagus.

Hey guys..has anyone heard from louis since he last posted?

I'm worried for him.

I just hate to throw something good away! It had really good reviews so hopefully it will do y'all some good.

I have trouble swallowing some things now. I have to be careful when I'm eating. I choke on rice, for some reason basmati is worse. I asked the doc & he just shrugged like that's how it is.

I can't talk while I'm eating now either. I had a piece of food go down the wrong pipe. I coughed forever and finally sneezed it up.

Have you heard from Louis?

Not I? Anyone?

I also called him but haven't heard back.


He seemed pretty distraught and out of it last post in here.

I was in touch with him Sunday night. He's having some struggles and could use some prayers. I don't want to share much information as it's not my place to do so. I just sent him another text to see how he's doing today.

Chili?? omg~ I almost had a Wendy's craving today. Talked myself into fridge food, instead. You know, arugula, peaches, feta...

Huh? Sorry I got up early today.

We got Duncan iced coffees, a mocha and a new brown sugar cinnamon. It's good, but super sweet. I always get less flavors/sugar for Mr, but we could get away with just 1 pump.

Just got to the beach, super nice out. It's a "high" friendly day. Carl by the ocean pic is perfect today!
