You can cut and drain tomatoes and drink the liquid or use in another recipe. With the fresh herbs you probably want to use a blender or mini chopper.
I think chunks of tomatoes would be SUPER in it.

Prayers for BBQ boy's son, Dakota.

We made BBQ Boy inspired penne pasta with beef/sausage and pasta sauce with garlic toast for dinner last night.

Fresh shaved parmesan cheese is something alien to Mrs., however, so she tried her best and it wound up cut it into 1/8" thick chunks on top.

Just a brief update, we were at ER yesterday morning at 8 am, they didn't get him into room until 2 am this morning. Met with anesthesiologist and surgery team, he is second in line for surgery this morning.

They may do dialysis on him after his surgery, not sure yet, Either way it's going to be another long day.

Even if it's just 5 minutes a day.
You have so much going on in your life, caring for others. But you need to take care of yourself first so you will be there for the others.
5 minutes. And that doesn't mean smoking a ciggy while you're in the bathroom.
5 minutes alone. Go outside, close the door, and just breath.


Simple, you need to relax. Do you have something (a candle, perfume, herbs/spices/tea) that you love the smell of?
You need close your eyes & smell something to help you relax.
Problems will get worked out 1 way or another.
You need to relax.

Just finished with the surgery they cleared the clot, they are going to take him to another floor for Dialysis that usually takes around 4 hours once they get him hooked up.

Thanks so much HPM! For me right now, it's work stress. Things are very intense currently and I have more responsibility than I can handle. But I'm handling it. It's just a bit overwhelming at times.

I will try to do that. You're right, I'm always worrying about others. I do have my night time after Mr goes to sleep. Then it's just me & Butters and whatever show we're watching. We play fetch the hair tie.

We had suspicions, but got confirmation last night. My
son's girlfriend and her 14 yr old daughter got the shot. Of course, she wants my son to get it. He is still leaning more on our side of things and resisting.

Simple - If you like lavender, that is a great scent for relaxing. I use the essential oil a lot in my diffuser.

Then Mr felt bad all night about talking to him, thinking we made him stress worrying about her. It's all such a clusterfuck. We are in disbelief that got the 14 yr old the shot.
