I went full-on easy mode for supper tonight.

1 package bratwurst (5 per pound it was)
1 box Zatarains 'dirty rice'
1 cooking bag

I cut the recommended water back by half a cup, but else I just dumped it in the bag, poked a few holes, and baked it at 350 for an hour.

DUN!

I have every single symptom of Lupus.

Even the facial rash, a propensity to break out in lesions if I am in the sun, swollen hands and feet, and extreme internal pain.

This has all happened in the previous two years.

Despite the car accident, I was walking five miles a week cutting my lawn for three years.

Then this, whatever this is, hit in 2019 and I have been housebound and can rarely venture out to shop without being in crippling pain for a few days afterward.

'Makes me wonder. Thursday I couldn't even crawl to the kitchen to get my prescriptions' behind the pain and had to ask Mrs. to please get them for me.

Damn, my life really sucks right now.

Aahhhhh -- That looks perfect, Pool.

'Still haven't made breakfast, but I did look online at my Jelly Belly jelly bean candy order that will ship on Monday.

It did nothing to assuage my growing hunger.
 Quoting: Louis in Richmond

imgur has been kind to me. how do you live with hunger so easily? I could go a whole day with one small meal when I was unable to afford food...shopping has become a form of social and sustain pleasure. After all we didn't need green stamps, just hfcs to stick to our brians. I should probably buy some tang instead of crushing Vitamin C for orange juice. LOLZ.

Just kidding. But would make a funny quip @ mental life after a vaxx.
 Quoting: pool

I can remember time when I didn't have food, but it didn't seem to bother me as much. Maybe I just had so many other things going on to think about it instead? I also wasn't smoking pot while the kids were growing up either.

RSO stifles Lupus. If you want the full effect...it would be done as a suppository which many Norte Americano's are adverse to. Also if you are having inflammation issues. A concentrated turmeric tincture with piperine works a charm to quell the symptoms.
If you are not busy weaving your own magick, you are trapped in anothers spell.

I did for a few months, but my pain became too great to walk, I would fall down screaming so I have returned to them and have cut the dosage.

Now I barely have pain managed, it may take ten minutes to walk to the kitchen or bathroom.

A dislocated shoulder, pancreatitis, and foot with thirteen broken bones did not hurt as much when each of those happened as what is now my 'normal' level of pain.

I'm taking full spectrum turmeric capsules three to four times daily. I'll need to look into the tincture.

Thank you for introducing me to the RSO and someone to source it.

I'm only able to care for myself and walk because of the RSO, otherwise I'd be bedridden until surgery to repair hip and knee damage. Two each acetaminophen and Naproxen Sodium tablets along with the anti-inflammatory three times daily are insufficient to knock the pain back on their own. I wind up awake for days until I fall asleep or pass out from exhaustion and miss work then.

I was determined to bake a chocolate cake mix despite not having mixers. I just used a whisk. Hopefully it will be good.

Tinctures are superior. The trick with tinctures is to never swallow, you swirl until it gets absorbed by the oral mucosa membrane. SO with turmeric tincture, all you would have to do is fresh grind (to as much as a powder as possible) pepper and hold it in your mouth along with the tincture. It is with tinctures that you can access brain issues. LIke glioblastoma's and such. Directly from the roof of your mouth to your brain. Note...don't take essential oils this way!..only tinctures...
