I don't think there is a precedent on physically forcing a sitting US president out of office.

I would think it might be Federal Marshals or the FBI. The FBI is compromised and would likely want to do the job. I don't know about the Federal Marshals.

It really depends on who remains loyal to the President, and who is loyal to the traitors. The military would likely be split, with the JCOS staying out of the mess, while the SecDef would be trying to go around them to get the Corps, Fleets, Air Command, Space Command, and Division commanders, etc. to follow his authority, as he's an ally of the President.

And JSOC/USSOCOM now answer directly to the President, so they and the local WH Marine detachment would very likely deploy to defend the President against anyone, with or without a badge or uniform who tries to use force against him.

I suspect the Secret Service would just walk off the job, but the President has some JSOC guys to provide all the local security he normally requires, so they could replace the SS.

And the C|A would be warming up the drones and trying to hack or disable the nuclear codes, because they are the biggest traitors of them all. We might get to see the WH anti-air and ballistic missile defenses in action, although I hope it never comes to that.

It could get very messy. Once the traitors attempt force against the President, all bets are off, and the country devolves into instant war.
