I fully believe that there has been agreements made by European and UK leaders to secure the USA nuclear arsenal if we end up in a civil war or secession issue. I also believe that Russia and likely China have deferred this job to Britain via Canada, as US forces are less likely to engage them,compared to Russian or even German forces. So if anyone is aware of UK or likely French forces operating in "exercises" in Canada, report.
