Anti fungals. Non acidic foods and waters. Reduce sugar to almost zero. Oil pulling or add coconut oil to diet. Remove any breads, glutens, or allergen foods like potatoes and tomatoes from the diet. Avoid pea protein, soy (big time) and dig through to make sure there are no "gum"s in the diet. AIP might help. If she has hashimoto's, don't have her eating any broccoli. Filter all water or buy something like ice mountain. Tagamet. CBD oil. Get rid of carpet if there's hardwood floors underneath. Get rid of any excess plastic, tupperware, teflon, or vinyls. Use a fabric shower curtain. Check for pvcs everywhere, especially BP types. If it's see-through plastic, it's worse. Look at the neighbor's yard. Any pesticides used? Trugreen? Round up? Use saltwater and vinegar to kill weeds. Try to plant austrees around the property to pull up any nasty chems in the ground water. DO NOT burn the sticks or twigs that fall. Bundle them in the trash and send them away. |

High dose intravenous vitamin c, step up, 25g first day >50g/day>75g>100g/day for two weeks, step back down 75>50>25 If unavailable, step up vitamin c to flush to bowel tolerance, step back down, plus you should be able to find a place that will do a non-medical grade vitamin c IV 6 grams at least. Also, iodine, especially if a cancer related to any part of the endocrine system. Iodoral orally, with Lugol’s or regular pharmacy stuff topically. Search query ‘iodine companion nutrients’ to add. If toxic halide poisoning, the iodine can start unseating these halides from the receptors making them ‘free radicals’ again, causing bad symptoms as your body tries to purge them, including very sensitive bumps on the skin, that may start on the head and move downward, but it needs to come out, at a rate the body can process. Must supplement with glutathione, couple of grams a few times a day. Epsom salt and bentonite clay baths, activated charcoal or diatomaceous earth orally if needed for detox. Can also do 1/16th tsp/day borax (mostly comprised of boron, cheap) to help unseat toxic halides from receptors, or add other boron supplementation. Can also cause arthritis symptoms herxheimer reaction as it kills old things infecting your joints and your body clears them out. Slow and steady at a rate the body can process is best, back down a bit as needed. Also, some cancer tumors in humans are not even human cells, they are tapeworm cells. |

Food grade diatomaceous earth, 1/2 teaspoon a day, step up toward 1 tap twice a day, will not just help with detox and restoring silica levels, but with killing parasites and candida as well. Cheap. Lowers blood pressure. Can be a bad fit for people who already have low blood pressure. Lacto fermented foods like sauerkraut or kimchi to help restore gut micro biome. Ball brand, that makes the canning jars, has even released a fermentation kit, to make at home live fermented food even easier, I love the ones I got and have used them a lot already, and even got half gallon jars to use the springs/lids with when I want to do bigger batches. Can be as simple and easy as chopped cabbage with salt and brine, but you can try all sorts of other tasty even spiced combos of things to mix it up. |

Take lots of high quality video and photos. Everyday, as many as you can. Get up, go out and do stuff together, as often as possible. Don't let them create a Will. Make sure they do a Trust, with the will included, so their estate isn't held up in the state for 3 years. Trusts take a few days to move through the court. Let them know they did a good job with you. That's all. you can do. Everything else is inventible and you're not and cannot be prepared. |

Cardiac physicians could never find the cause of it, but CO-Q10 is my cure! My adult children take 100mg each day. I take 200mg in the morning and 200 mg at night. I can't live without it.
