If this is true it doesn’t bode well. Hopefully there wasn’t anything for the atf to grab. Then again, with the way modern businesses operate everything is in a database.

I can’t see how the atf could prosecute anyone having one of these before they become regulated. It’s a clear cut case of an ex post facto law. But, with the way government is overreaching i wouldn’t put it past them to just throw shit against the wall to see what sticks.
