The mRNA in the vaccine has no human sequence such that it will ever bind with human DNA, and in fact does not even enter the nucleus.

The vaccines contain RNA altering mind control technology which allows them to partly control your thoughts remotely by turning a part of your brain's RNA into a radio receiver and 'memory implanter.'

This is why Bill Gates and others are involved. Not because they care about the people. It's all about totalitarian global control ie. the Great Reset and this mind control technology is a planned part of it that they've been working on for decades.

They will be able to subconsciously implant short thoughts and beliefs via over the air radio frequency waves. You will not consciously know it and only think they are your original thoughts.

I'm probably wrong. If the body has an immunological reaction the human's cells can interact with the vaccine. It may have permission to regulate the processes of RNA in certain ways.

You do realize that every machine is made out of parts, even not machines, a table is made out of part, if you disassemble those parts, it won't function, nor as a table or a machine.

The following PDF paper was published in Jan, 2019 and deals with the Polyadenylation and nuclear export of mRNAs.

One of the things this paper states is the following (from the abstract-empahsis mine),

“Although the components of this machinery have been identified and considerable functional insight has been achieved, a number of questions remain outstanding about mRNA nuclear export and how it is integrated into the nuclear phase of the gene expression pathway. Nuclear export factors mediate mRNA transit through nuclear pores to the cytoplasm, after which these factors are removed from the mRNA, preventing transcripts returning to the nucleus. However, as outlined in this review, several aspects of the mechanism by which transport factor binding and release is mediated remain unclear, as are the roles of accessory nuclear components in these processes. Moreover, the mechanisms by which completion of mRNA splicing and polyadenylation are recognized, together with how they are coordinated with nuclear export, also remain only partially characterized.”

"Also, “The transport of macromolecules, such as proteins and RNAs, between the cytoplasmic and nuclear compartments is mediated by nuclear pores that are huge macromolecular assemblies that span the nuclear envelope. Nuclear transport is an active, energy-requiring process and is highly selective. Because the pores function as a barrier to the passive diffusion of molecules larger than ~40kDa, only macromolecules that are bound to specific carrier molecules (“transport factors”) are able to move through them.”

My questions are as follows:

1.If in Jan of 2019, “a number of questions remain outstanding about mRNA nuclear export and how it is integrated into the nuclear phase of the gene expression pathway” then how is it now so perfectly worked out and so absolutely certain in 2020?

2.What assurance do we have that the mRNA in the vaccine isn’t also coding for the production of transport factor proteins or other proteins that would allow it to move back into the nucleus? We are told it's only coding for the “spike protein” but have independent scientists been allowed to determine this, or is this information “proprietary”?

3.How do we know that the mRNA molecule contained in the vaccine is not smaller that 40kDa and therefore able to enter the nuclear pores thought the mechanism of passive diffusion, as passive diffusion can be an open door going both directions?

4. How do we know that the lipid encapsulation that apparently protects the vaccine mRNA and allows the vaccine mRNA to pass into the cell membrane does not also allow it to pass through the nuclear membrane or the nuclear pores ?

The above mentioned paper also makes the following statement, which causes me some concern as along with immune dysregulation comes the possible propensity for auto-immune disease(s)

“Errors or defects in the nuclear transcript modification steps or in mRNA nuclear export frequently result in impaired growth or death of cells and are associated with a broad range of different disease conditions. Consequently, these processes are closely coordinated and are coupled to the nuclear export of mRNA to ensure that only mature and completely processed transcripts reach cytoplasmic ribosomes for translation into proteins.”

5. Therefore, how do we know that the mRNA in the vaccine will ONLY function as a “mature and completely processed” product when it reaches the cytoplasmic ribosomes and begins to translate its protein(s)?

6. If the vaccine mRNA can get into the nucleus, and I personally think there may be an engineered "back-door" mechanism to do so, as mentioned in question #2 or is small enough to get through the nuclear pores by passive diffusion, then I think it is likely to have epigenetic effects on the nuclear DNA as covered in this thread.
All of the arguments starting with, "It can't get into the nucleus" then fly out the window.

I have many questions about this, these are just a few. My undergraduate background was weighted towards chemistry, so I would appreciate any input. Also, I haven’t had much sleep this weekend, so maybe my brain is fuzzy.

An important precursor to nanoparticle vaccinology is basic research on small interfering RNA (siRNA), a breakthrough that won the 2006 Nobel prize. siRNAs can seek and destroy complementary strands of RNA. “In essence, we can turn off any gene we want,” Anderson said.

He described three key steps to turn nucleic acids into drugs: sequence selection, chemical modification and encapsulation.

“The first question with nanoparticles is, what do you build it out of?” Early biomaterials, such as the artificial heart, were made of material found in ladies’ girdles—polyether urethane. The tubing used for dialysis originated in sausage casing (cellulose acetate). The first vascular grafts came from the world of clothing—the synthetic fabric Dacron.
