Yes,
There is reasonably solid evidence that ivermectin docks to the spike protein itself to prevent binding to the ACE2 receptor which is the primary pathology causing the tissue damage and clots related to SARS-CoV-2. Therefore, this is also an implication that this ability of ivermectin to disable the binding of the Spike protein including the vaccine-produced spike proteins.
This binding of ivermectin to disable the spike protein is also preserved even with the newer spike protein mutations, but its activity against the original Wuhan spike protein, which is the one all of the vaccines produce is fairly well studied at this point.

Abstract:

Background/Aim: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). One drug that has attracted interest is the antiparasitic compound ivermectin, a macrocyclic lactone derived from the bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis. We carried out a docking study to determine if ivermectin might be able to attach to the SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor-binding domain bound with ACE2. Materials and Methods: We used the program AutoDock Vina Extended to perform the docking study. Results: Ivermectin docked in the region of leucine 91 of the spike and histidine 378 of the ACE2 receptor. The binding energy of ivermectin to the spike-ACE2 complex was -18 kcal/mol and binding constant was 5.8 e-08. Conclusion: The ivermectin docking we identified may interfere with the attachment of the spike to the human cell membrane. Clinical trials now underway should determine whether ivermectin is an effective treatment for SARS-Cov2 infection.

The following video explains the multiple mechanisms of the activity of Ivermectin including the ability of the body to maintain its basic defense of the cell nucleus in preserving the body's ability to produce antiviral proteins, inhibition of RNA dependant RNA polymerase which inhibits the replication of viral RNA (possibly including that from the mRNA vaccine package), the stat 3 human signaling pathway which inhibits the production of blood clots also possibly mitigating some of the vaccines most dangerous side effects. Also discussed is the inhibition of the CD147 pathway by ivermectin which again may clock the clumping of platelets due to spike protein either from the virus or possibly the vaccines.

The following video explains the computational modeling of how ivermectin is theorized to directly impact the spike protein. Ivermectin appears to have the ability to bind to the spike protein, binds with more affinity than the spike protein active site that binds to the human ACE2 site, and binds with stability.

These factors seem to indicate that ivermectin, in essence, seems to neutralize the interaction of the spike protein with body tissues, possibly inactivating the damaging effects from the spike protein, including the spike proteins produced by current vaccines.

I should probably create a new thread on ivermectin being effective against all of the new variants that the vaccine products are driving by injecting people with vaccines who have the active viral infection.

I will also create a thread soon about how ivermectin can possibly help prevent short and long-term damage if people are forced to take the vaccines creating spike protein. This horror is something that I sincerely hope will never happen. Forced vaccination is against every principle of medical autonomy, against all patient rights for autonomy in making medical decisions, and against the Nuernberg code against forced medical experimentation.

How long in the illness can you take Ivermectin?

Here is the scenario. Both my parents (late 70s) had covid in January. Both recovered within 1-2 weeks. My father, who had a previous lung condition (2-3 years previous) and type 2 diabetes, developed COVID pneumonia. He was on O2 for nearly a month afterwards but recovered off of it and was returning to his normal daily functions and was basically recovered with the covid pneumonia remaining. The pneumonia held on and then his previous lung condition came back (some type of inflammation). This has been about a month and he has been back on O2 with little to no change in his health. The doctor(s) thought it could be his heart and went in and placed 3 stents. No other cardiac issues and his condition did not improve. He is on O2 but if he tried to walk or stand for long periods his Sat O2 goes below 50 and he almost blacks out.

He is primarily on prednisone (this helped him heal in his previous lung condition) and his other meds.

Question is, can ivermectin be used this late in the game to help with the inflammation? Also, my mother was vaccinated but my father has not because he has not been well enough to get it. Could there be issues with my mother shedding spike proteins that is keeping him sick?

There is no set time limit for low-dose ivermectin and it can also be used for prophylaxis long term.

The following prophylaxis dose comes from the FLCCC website:

"In all cases, this drug was used at a rate of 0.2 mg per kilogram of weight, in a weekly dose, for eight weeks, followed by an interval of 4 (four) months of rest."

There is some evidence that ivermectin is helpful in treating those with "long-haul Covid" syndrome, who just cannot seem to get over the infection, even late in the infection process or those with prolonged symptoms. There could also be an issue with spike protein shedding, but in either case, ivermectin acts against allowing the spike protein to do its damage.

Here is an excerpt from a paper written about this:

"CONCLUSIONS: Long COVID includes a constellation of symptoms, that may be caused by the unobtrusive persistence of virus in different tissues, and the subsequent persistence of inflammatory and coagulation disorders. Since IVM (ivermectin) has already proved to impair virus capacity to invade cells, and also to have immune and clotting modulatory effects, there is a reasonable chance to diminish, shorten, and even completely correct almost all the symptoms by using IVM in the post COVID."

The way I have heard it explained that if you want to use it for Covid you should take it with food so that it absorbs into the bloodstream better. If you do it on an empty stomach it has a better effect if you are going after parasites.
