Folks, it part of the Dem plan. They want homes and businesses to be foreclosed on. Then the government or certain investors will swoop in and buy it. Then they can charge whatever they want for rent. They don't want us owning anything.

I hope landlords have been saving up the exorbitant profits they've been making -- hope they've saved enough to weather the storm. If not, they might have to close their rental properties and sell them to developers.

The apartment building where I live is around 100 years old, it's in great shape, but it probably couldn't be converted into condos. If the landlords here are forbidden to collect rent, they will probably sell the property, the building will be demolished, and a new one built.
