Mr. Singer worked as a computer technician for Hart from 2001 through early 2004 (at times as Hart’s only computer technician nationwide).[10] Mr. Singer alleged in the complaint[10] that Hart made false statements regarding the accuracy, testing, reliability, and security of its voting system.

During voting for the 2018 Texas general election, an Election Advisory was issued by the Director of Elections, Keith Ingram.[11] Voters using the InterCivic eSlate voting machine could have their votes adjusted or flipped while on a summary page if the buttons were interacted with if the page was not fully rendered.[12] The machines were in use in 82 counties in Texas during the 2018 election and have been certified for use in the state since 2009.[13][14]

Secretary Rolando Pablos later issued an additional Advisory, noting that "t is important for all voters in the 82 Texas counties utilizing the Hart Intercivic eSlate to understand that the voting machines are not malfunctioning, nor are they arbitrarily 'switching' the choices of voters who cast a straight-party ballot," citing a "disturbing trend" in the distribution of misinformation about the integrity of the machines and the election.[15]

One thing I'm sure of is that all ballots have to be stored... So they can be recounted ..

Cooper will never be my Governor. NC waited to see if the other States had enough to steal the election and made a deal to let 'do nothing Tillis' and the President win.

BTW where is Tillis and why isn't he demanding an audit here?

I believe Sandy Smith (1st District) was going to try and pursue an Audit as of Sunday the 29th.

There's a process.
First certify, this entangles everyone involved in fraud.
Then present evidence to the Court. Judgement is made or sent to a higher Court to decide. It all takes a long time.

In June, another advocacy group sent out 80,000 invalid absentee-by-mail ballot requests to voters. While it is legal to send out pre-filled voter registration applications (except for party affiliation), it is illegal to send out a pre-filled absentee ballot application. That distinction was lost on the Center for Voter Information.
