Military and government employees will support whoever keeps the paychecks flowing.

When I was a soldier, the lesser ranks had no big picture view of what we were doing, at all. It was as "need to know" as "need to know" gets.

Could be out there...shooting communists? Shooting patriots? Just following orders...?

You'd need to be able to discern the situation in the blink of an eye, and somehow manage to communicate to your entire fire team / squad and officer what is going on and why you will not be shooting (never obligated to follow an illegal order).

There are no good options left. The system is so full of corrupt people that I'm pretty hopeless at this point.

What good would using the military do? It will either be propagandized by the other side or seen as it's own propaganda.

Even beyond the election itself, look what those in charge have done in the name of CV19... All while Trump has been in office.

The entire system is against us. I don't trust any of them and there is no way to regain that trust anymore without tons of people in charge going to jail (at the very least).

Yeah I figure they'd have smart cameras on them, but what's your point? Nobody trusts pictures or media these days. Both side of either argument collect the images they believe in and regard the others as false.

And, further, what's your point? A tragedy occurs, they take a picture...and distribute it somehow? Is there a centralized place for soldiers to go, to be careful about following illegal orders?

And, if there isn't, is there a way to reliably reach all the soldiers in a way that allows them to trust the info?

And most importantly...how many of them are intelligent enough to think about things this way?

One thing I noticed about most of the soldiers of this generation is that a good half of them join up because they've got nothing else to offer and nowhere else to go.

They don't use their brains. That's why they became soldiers, to be fed gruel, earn a stable pay, and follow orders.

The military command is loyal to one piece of paper - one with a drawing of George Washington on it - the number of $$$'s in the DOD budget and the number of $$$'s in their pockets while in service and afterwards with those pay-off position for having been $$$ whores.

The US is totally corrupt, and China's buying up as many of those corrupt people as it can.

Hopefully, stop the hemorrhaging of our republic by those who are compromised or corrupted by their own greed.
