Here's another question-- I remember Australia being upside down, where New Zealand was at 10 o'clock offshore, and Tasmania at 12 o'clock. Now Tasmania is at 6 o'clock and NZ at 5 O'clock. Met only one other person with this memory.

I know because my sister used to live in Perth, and lots of NZ people visited, because it was a short flight. I spent a month there in the early 90s.

Yes you are 100% correct!! Many people with the 2 o'clock memory are from the Sagittarius arm of the Milky way. In other words, you would have been taught in school that your Earth was located in the Sagittarius arm. Now we are taught we are in the Orion arm, where Earth is much smaller, and the distance between South America and Africa is halved.

Now if you search location of Earth in Milky Way, you get Cygnus/Orion arm. At least last week.

so i look at my old notes and idea sheets about star travel (in the plotlines) and then one day i just FREAK OUT.

i start askin EVERYONE where the earth is located and NOBODY can respond.

without years of prep and math about how i could move my characters around the galaxy i would be less sure.

but i am sure. before i FINISHED THE STORY, we earthlings claimed our OWN PLANET was on the "other" side of the milky way.

You have no understand of reality! Once it's became understood that a superconducting material can naturally stays in two states at once, you can extrapolate that you can have multiple realities at one time. And you can be in two or more places at one time. Just look up quantum superposition.
