You are right about the fear; he provokes it in others who almost irrationally believe that they will be blamed for something or other, but he also issues proclamations, etc., and uses vermin (large sewer roaches) and deliberately has plumbing broken and roof damage to destroy property.

He's anglo-russian and is eerily reminiscent of the last czar as well as his cousin at the time--one the england's georges. He's not living here at the time and never has to live up to any rule since he's the thirty-plus year prez of the condo assn.--no one's been able to get him off that board although many have tried. There are no elections, just selection and his bullies and bribes to stay in power. Most people will commit suicide, alot will go to jail, and some will be executed. Tptb have planned this, as its a humane way to eliminate bad people from a potentially good world. But more importantly, this was written by God, and God is in control.

In a nutshell:

I do my battles on the astral. The priests have the exorcisms of humans covered. You may need a demonologist who goes astral, a local priest might be able to make a suggestion. Lots of nasties on the astral.

I would probably just let the old fart time out. Afterwards, pour Holy Water on his grave and recite the Lord's prayer. He is the type that may want to stick around to continue being a jerk. If he crosses over, he has some serious debts to settle.

Like I said, I doubt he's bloodline. maybe associated with one, but not of them. His machinations are that of a minion, not a member. I know little of the Russian lines. I am Carolingian on the paternal side; Plantagenet on the maternal.

ETA: It is dangerous on the astral. Got my ass kicked by a high medium level demon about 1.5 years ago and ended up in the ER <--- it is not terribly unusual for anyone working paranormal to end up in the hospital at least once.

My heart rate & BP were fluctuating wildly, in and out of consciousness, extreme pain between the shoulders where he attacked the heart chakra. Doc ran every test under the sun. Absolutely no physical reason for what was happening. The only thing I remember from the ambulance ride was brief bright lights.

Happened about 2am. I sat bolt upright in bed, gasping for breath, and passed out. Scared the hell out of Mr. LJS.

Remember -- even a low level nasty can get a lucky strike on an experienced astral mover. No, I have never encountered any of the high level guys whose names we dare not mention.
