We live in suburban Cook they raised our taxes this year 3,000

and it's working, MILLIONS forced out of their homes.

We bought a home two years ago in a beautiful, suburban town. Neighborhood kids playing barefoot in yards, and in the streets. An American paradise. No crime, no fear, just peaceful wit people.

Across the street from us were two large hay fields. A beautiful, wide open space. Now, the fields have been graded, a road is being constructed between the two fields, and they are planning on building several thousand housing units, you know that new form of high density housing, three story apartments. By law, 1/3 of the housing units must be low income/minority housing. Our home value has appreciated by 50% in the two years we have lived here. But, our next door neighbor is selling, the neighbor at the end of our little development recently sold. And two other houses on our street are for sale. The wise are getting out now. They are going to turn our little, out of the way American paradise into a ghetto, where broken bottles liter the streets, the walls covered in graffiti, loud booming violent music is the background hum, while property crime soars, and violent crime makes its first appearance in our community.

This is our first home. After renting for 20 years, we put in roots very quickly. We transformed the property. We turned the small back yard into a garden, which is the basis of about 1/5th of our diet now. We've built a chicken coop and run on the side yard, where we receive an overabundance of eggs from chickens eating our table scraps. We are about to put in another garden in the back side yard, which, with our other garden, may be able to produce 1/2 of our families calories for the year. Our church, filled with dear brothers and sisters, is nearby. We moved into this neighborhood largely because of the highschool, one of the top schools in the state (Now, our child attends for two half days a week, and still our full property taxes are collected and go to the school, specifically, to the teachers who do not teach, but who demand full compensation, even increased hazard compensation).

Our neighborhood votes easily 95% Republican.

They are destroying our neighborhood. The people who are buying are California transplants, working for global corps who have opened offices here due to the low regulations, and low taxes. These people buy our houses with all cash offers, just from the equity of their sold California homes. And other, unable to buy in California, are now able to buy here when they are relocated.

They vote entirely differently. They believe we exist to serve the government. They vote for tax increases. They vote to force diversity. The diversity they are requiring will turn our neighborhood into a ghetto, or near ghetto. The ghetto will be across the street, and we will be the prey of the predators they are bringing in, in the name of diversity. In this prosperous state, there are only a couple of reasons why people are "low income". One, they can be medically disabled, which is a reality, and there is little to no state support for disabled people, which is fine, families and churchs help out where they can. Two, they do not have the moral or ethical skills to work productively. They spend their lives taking drugs, playing video games, and grifting. They are low income for a reason, and we do not need to take food out of our mouths, when we live so close to subsistence, to support their indolent, wasted lives.

But we know this is the way the country is going. Goodness is being stamped out. There is no place for the good to go. We left our families, left a democrat, one party state, to find the former America. And we found it, and have loved it. But people from that one party state are flooding this place. Traffic is becoming similar to our former state, where we would spend hours of our lives driving every day.

During my lifetime, everything has gone from bad to worse, and there is nothing that stands in the way of that transformation.

The ultimate purpose of the stack-n-pack is to make it easier to then eliminate people en masse, via diseases/viruses, per their longtime population-reduction goals.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to live there anyway especially with the mayor they have now.

but what happens most of the time, if you have a mortage, the bank pays the property taxes, so now you got a really big mortage and you go under, the county doesn't get your house the bank does.

80% of the time, the property taxes are there to trip you up so the bank and the bank lawyers can feed on you

it's shocking the bank tries to charge you tens of thousands of dollars for 'foreclosure fees', i mean talk about kicking someone while they are down, if i can't afford the mortgage why would you stick me with $50,000 in legal fees?

the obvious usual purpose is to force you to sell the house, and BOY when you are selling a house in foreclosure, ALL the realtors know and it is one big satanic feast on your pain and sorrow, every realtor i called would say 'oh tis house is worth $200,000, when it was a $330 hours, every single one.

Heres a map of the US that shows where the lowest and highest property taxes are.

Illinois is of course in the highest bracket. Texas is too.

Was surprised to see that California wasn't in the highest bracket.

In my state, property taxes pay for schools. Why should only property owners pay? Most parents with school aged children do not own property.

Why not have SALES TAX pay for EVERYTHING???
