Well you can tell it's obviously riveted.
Probably two pieces, maybe the inner one cemented into the ground then the outer riveted to it?

Wow where did all those people come from? Thought the terrain was so rough and inaccessible that it took a helicopter to get there. They didn't want to give location for fear of tourists getting hurt? The whole thing is BS. What are you being distracted from?

Another youtuber got there by Helicopter, this one has a very short portion of the video really of the structure but worth watching from the 6:00 minute mark.
