Those businesses are: The Office Bar and Kitchen, 230 3rd St., Castle Rock The Library Co. Just went on vacation to a red state to get out of this lockdown here in communist Illinois. Went to the theatre, concerts, bars and restaurants. All open for business. Facemasks optional. In fact one place we went for breakfast had a note on the door asking to not bring your filthy mask into their clean establishment! Hahahahaha.
