If you are an emotional person you would gain much from becoming aware that you experience life along the pattern of an emotional wave.

A common thing I noticed about emotional people who are not aware of this about themselves is that they tend to be underhanded and manipulative. They seem to hide this from themselves and believe they can hide behind plausible deniability because who could possibly know?

And when their emotional acts of blackmail and intimidation fail, they themselves become afraid and attempt to engage in reputation warfare, instinctively reaching for safety within a herd of acceptable feelings to escape from the cold hard truth.
