I updated my other thread here with this info

Thread: Hospital Nurse Here; Something has changed with the "Covid" crap (Page 25)

I woke up late today to see that I had two voicemails and multiple emails from work demanding an instant reply.

The hospital is demanding to know if any upcoming travel plans staff have; and seriously implying that traveling out of area *could* result in unpaid suspension from work. I have no travel plans and was basically told not to make any.

Any other hospital workers getting this stuff?

My gut is telling me that we ( nurses) are eventually going to get locked down in the hospital away from kids/ family. Maybe it is time to take a trip and get suspended.

Or are the communists just locking us down at home, ahem I mean ' protecting us' from covid?

Wierd stuff.

I personally am quarantined in a VA hospital at the moment myself. Long story short this is part of an alcohol and addiction treatment program.

I was required to take a covid test yesterday and then I have to quarantine in a room at the hospital for 14 days before any group sessions. And nobody in treatment is allowed to leave the hospital at all during the program.

Just trying to help my case with a pending DUI and this treatment program was a good option for me as I don't have to pay a dime for it.

Ive been through the program before. Back when there was no covid and it was a really laxed treatment program compared to most. Now the place is locked down tighter than ft Knox. Guard shack at the entrances and what not.
