Mainland UK is a local call known as landline, as its to a house or property. Flat rate. Cheaper to call landline to landline.
Call companies in the UK have various plans, some have fixed rate all the time, some offer free landkine to landline minutes if you're with the same company. Others offer free evening and weekend calls.
