Will the countries that didn't have lockdowns over covid be considered rogue states during the great reset?

Or the opposite?

Are they the example states of what everyone should be like therefore no lockdown needed in those places?

Is it more likely that countries like Sweden and S Korea don't need a lockdown because their citizens will happily euthanize themselves with experimental vaccines for the greater good?
