Can you help me find something that was memory-holed?

I'm looking for an interview or an article about a woman who was a former official that was head of some banking organization. She claimed that many of the top bankers were not human and had larger skulls like annunaki or something. She was in her 50's with dark hair. This was maybe 7-8 years ago that I saw the interview and I know there were articles on some alternative websites about her. Now I can't find anything about her. Sorry I can't remember her name.
